Tonight was a very big night in the Chinese film industry. Most of the biggest celebrities of the country attended the Huabiao Film Awards, including Ziyi who presented Best Film with Chen Daoming.
Tonight, Ziyi attended the 14th Changchun Film Festival. She was awarded the Best Actress prize for her performance in The Wasted Times.
The Wasted Times won big at the 9th Macau International Movie Festival tonight winning every awards it was nominated for, such as Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor. Ziyi was present at the ceremony to accept her prize.
Yesterday, Ziyi was in Guangzhou to attend the 2017 Film Gala. She was awarded the prize of “Film Staff of the Year“. Ziyi’s last film The Wasted Times was named “Recommended Film of the Year“, while Yan Ni won the prize of “Recommended Supporting Actress of the Year“. The Birth of an Actor was also honored with “Business Model of the Year“.

Ziyi was nominated for a third time at the China Film Director’s Guild Awards for her work in The Wasted Times. The ceremony will take place later this month.
On December 16th, Ziyi attended the 9th Elle Style Awards. The actress was awarded “Fashion Icon of the Year”.
The awards ceremony of the 2016 Toronto Film Festival took place earlier today and Ziyi was there to announce the Platform Jury Prize that went to Pablo Larrain’s Jackie.
